Shipping Policy

AlwaysSummerHerbs ships plants beginning in April when spring has arrived and the plant are fully grown and ready to plant! We have worked hard to provide you with the least expensive and most effective means of shipping your product to you. AlwaysSummerHerbs ships mail orders using the United States Postal Service.

The base cost is $2.00 for handling plus actual postage that is calculated for your zip code based on the weight and number of boxes needed. We use either United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Parcel Post.

We ship plants Monday, and Tuesday (US Postal Service Only) so that your plants arrive fresh and intact. Teas we ship as soon as possible.

We can ship to a Post Office Box.

Please have your plants delivered to an address where you can open the carton immediately.

Contact us within 3 days of receipt, if your plants or other products are not in a condition that meets your satisfaction.

AlwaysSummerHerbs will refund your money if you are not happy.
